Owner, Randi Mann, WHNP-BC, NCMP, has been helping women live healthier and more abundant, joy filled lives for over 30 years. Randi has recognized expertise in hormonal medicine and has been certified over 4 years by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) as a Menopause Practitioner, one of 16 health care providers in Wisconsin and 452 worldwide to achieve this distinction (statistics current Oct 2011).
She offer the best of integrative care - combining both conventional and complementary medicine with a blend of compassion, cutting edge science, practical guidance and humor to create an individualized road map to ease the hormone imbalances for each of her patients.

Kimberly Williams, RN, MS, WHNP, has a special interest in women’s health issues such as disease prevention, hormone balance and weight management. She has held many leadership and teaching roles and has been a frequent public speaker featured on local talk radio “Ask The Expert.”
In her part-time role at Wise Woman Wellness, Kimberly’s focus is on hormonal changes in women and their effects on women’s bodies and how to combat those changes with proper nutrition and lifestyle choices. Kimberly has a specialized interest in osteoporosis and treatments to stop bone lose in women. Kimberly is available by appointment during regular center hours. In addition to her work at Wise Woman Wellness, Kimberly is a full time instructor at Rasmussen College in the Nursing Program.

Julie Rider, Registered Occupational Therapist, Life Coach Practitioner and Certified Just For Me™ Wellbeing Group Coach.
Julie has been a practicing occupational therapist since 1995 in traditional OT settings. In 2009, Julie began transition her practice to a coaching model as she encourages individuals to discover their very best self. As a coach, Julie partners with her clients to empower them to stretch beyond their limits and to see opportunities within obstacles, to map out and achieve goals, and to ultimately reach overall wellness and effectiveness in all areas of their lives.
Julie brings a whole new dimension to Wise Woman Wellness with Directions Life Coaching, personalized life coaching for individuals and Just For Me™ Wellbeing group coaching. In addition, Julie will be presenting a different topic each month at Wise Woman Wellness in her Exceptional Life Series, designed to inform and challenge individuals to be the “best you ever.” Julie is available for large group corporate presentations with content tailored specific to the needs of the organization.

Rene H., Center Manager
Rene has been with Wise Woman Wellness from the first day of opening in October of 2009. She shares the excitement with Randi Mann APNP in creating a peaceful, professional and welcoming center for women who are seeking help and advice to feel their best.
Rene brings many years of customer service experience managing and mentoring staff to create a pleasurable experience for you. She oversees the day to day functions of the Center and guides the staff that assists you through your visit.
Rene is happy to help you learn more about our seminars and services to help you feel healthy, vital and balanced. She is also available to assist in your financial and insurance questions and invites you to stop by for a tour.

Debra joined our staff in August of 2010 as our Medical Assistant. She too has had the pleasure of working with Randi and
Kimberly for over eleven years.

Jill V. , Marketing and Business Development
Jill joined Wise Woman Wellness in June 2011 and brings with her 17 years of professional office experience in management, customer service and marketing. She is responsible for helping to build awareness of services in our community and the advertising of our many informative monthly lectures series. Jill can be contacted to assist your business if interested in corporate presentations at your site or ours. She also assists in answering phones and preparing patients for appointments as needed. Jill has a passion for our patient’s satisfaction making sure everyone leaves feeling better than when they came in.
